1. Take 1teaspoon of cinnamon powder
2. Add 1teaspoon of baking powder to the cinnamon powder.
3. Add 2teaspoon of honey
4. Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon.
5. Pour 1 cup of warm water.
6. Store it in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
7. Finally, use 1-2 tablespoon as a mouth wash for 1min.
